Green-Yellow-Peach Handwoven Cotton Scarf from Guatemala – Sunny Forest Rose (member)

With a peach and yellow warp, this delightful scarf features horizontal rows of black and forest green. The combination is beautiful in this scarf by Elena Ixtamer. Working on the backstrap loom, she alternates solid weaves with unwoven spaces for a lightweight fabric that drapes beautifully, and embellishes every fourth row of weft threads with drawn work.
