Hand Carved Jobillo Wood Ice Cream Scoop from Guatemala – Homestyle Delights

Using distinctive-looking jobillo wood, the members of the Petn Wood Artisan Sculptors hand-carve this ice cream scoop. These artisans demonstrate their desire to protect the natural habitats of their native Guatemala by choosing woods that are local and certified.

Hand wash with soap and water. Never use a dishwasher or expose the wood to heat sources or water, as they could cause it to warp. To renew the shine, polish the wood with vegetable oil and a soft cloth.
