Every year, thousands of rice husk residues take over Thailand’s green landscapes, impacting the region’s natural balance. Determined to recover those green views that make his homeland unique, artisan Nithiphan Darakananda takes action and creates an innovative technique that combines natural elements with a zero-waste philosophy. After working long hours, the artisan creates this set of six recycled rice husk bio-composite coasters in a sublime espresso hue featuring diverse patterns for a modern look. On top of that, the design comes with a convenient case for neat storage.
