In hues of turquoise, tangerine, and ecru, natural fiber from the chambira tree is used to hand-weave this beautiful decorative basket from Peru. Working to improve the livelihood of the people of Iquitos, Peru, the artisans of Hope of the Forest create this square basket, detailed with lovely openwork patterns and pointed accents that resemble the directions of a compass.
